Hello,

is it possible to connect an encoder to the Roboclaw which returns a Step/Direction signal instead of the A/B signal.

My first intention is, that it is not possible, but maybe you know a schematic or a device to convert the Step/Direction signal into a A/B signal.
So that I can use my Step-Direction encoder with the Roboclaw.

Best regards,
zumax

No. It isn't. Roboclaw encoder inputs only support Quadrature and Analog signals.
