Hello everyone,

I've been trying to comunicate trough db9 serial of an Boatboard II with this code:

serout S_OUT,i9600,["Rd"] ; 'Ready' to recieve data now
serin S_OUT,i9600,100000,NoData,[str DualShock(0)\7]

hserout 1, ["Rd"]
hserin 1, NoData, 100000, [str DualShock\7]

CheckSum = DualShock(1) ^ DualShock(2) ^ DualShock(3) ^ |
DualShock(4) ^ DualShock(5) ^ DualShock(6)

serout S_OUT,i9600,[CheckSum]
if CheckSum <> DualShock(0) then
Sound 9,[50\2000]
DualShock(1) = $FF
DualShock(2) = $FF
for Index = 3 to 6
DualShock(Index) = $80

if ErrorCount < MaxErrors then
ErrorCount = ErrorCount + 1

if (ErrorCount = MaxErrors) and HexOn then
DualShock(1).bit3 = 0 ; reached max errors so emulate start button pressed to
LastButton(0).bit3 = 1 ; allow code below to act like start was pressed to turn off...
ErrorCount = 0

i've been using o normal serial program(TERM) in order to try to send a sequence in to a Byte array variable to make a robot move.
I'm getting the Rd prompt in the serial program but By now i'm recieving a response of the same thing i sent trought serial, and the robot does nothing.... I don't have a clew of how to solve this :s
does anyone have an idea of how to solve this?

RTS(or DTR) is used to reset the module. If the terminal program you use holds those pins in the wrong state the module will remain in reset.
